지금 (2025년 10월 초부터 중순) 박사 과정을 시작한 이래 가장 일이 많다. 너무나 많은 일이 동시에 있어 그냥 할 일을 생각하는 것만으로도 스트레스를 받고 이미 일을 한거 같이 힘들다. 이러한 이유로 나는 여러가지 일을 동시에 하는 것을 잘하지 못한다. 컨텍스트 스위칭 오버헤드가 크고 첫번째 일을 할때에도 두번째 일, 세번째 일이 머릿속에 계속 맴돌아 당장하고 있는 일에 집중을 온전히 하지 못한다. 애초에 해야할 일이 하나이면 이런 일이 없다. 이래서 아무리 기계적 계산으로 여러 일을 할 수 있더라도 정말 중요한 일이 아니면 할 일로 만들지 않는게 해야할 일에 집중을 할 수 있는 방법이다.
